Refund policy

Returns. If you're not satisfied, you can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. This includes Convex Radius Discs, even though each one is cut to the radius you order.

How to return. Email dan@cariko.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we'll reply with return instructions and our return address. Items sent without contacting us first can't be accepted.

Return shipping. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping charges are not refunded. We recommend a trackable service.

Exchanges. We don't do direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.

Damaged or defective items. If something arrives damaged or has a defect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll repair or replace it, or refund it, and Cariko covers the shipping.

International orders. The same 30-day policy applies. Return shipping and any duties are the customer's responsibility, and import duties and taxes paid on delivery aren't refundable. If you're in the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
